There are many overlaps between the tf2 and gmod community (such as tf2 related gmod videos), and I think it is relevant enough for me to post it here, especially considering Team Fabolous 2 has parts that was filmed on a mario kart map and that map might get taken down. Remember to archive these stuff that might taken down, they aren't winning this. Fuck Nintendo. I regret buying ToTK from this dumpster fire of a company last year.

Team Fortress 2 doesn't start anymore after the update. I use Comanglia's "Toaster" config together with the launch options -dxlevel 81 -windowed -w 1536 -h 864 -console -novid. Some quick research suggests that setting the dxlevel in the launch options doesn't work in general anymore.

Ozfortress is back with ultiduo with a new whitelist and new maps

Solemn Vow and Disciplinary Action are now allowed.

Maps will be ultiduo_ozf_r, ultiduo_swine_b06, ultiduo_baloo_v2 and ultiduo_champions_b1

You can sign up for Ultiduo 18 from now (Wednesday the 17th of April 2024), up until Wednesday the 1st of May 2024. We aim to have initial seedings out by Friday the 3rd of May at the latest. As always, Ultiduo will be on a Saturday, Saturday the 4th of May 2024.

The new 64 bit TF2 update broke a few mods. One of those is the popular mod p-rec that's commonly used by competitive players to record matches.

If you have it, make sure to swap to the in game system as soon as possible so you can avoid losing demos.

This is a 6v6 cup made for newbies to learn competitive formats, when you signup you get placed onto a team of other newbies, it even has a prizepool!

All games will be used for rating, the top 6 teams with the highest rating will progress to Invite while the rest will play Open

Invite will be double elimination Open will feature a short swiss qualifier using the existing team ratings into a double elimination playoffs

I often boot up one of those mods just to find out that all servers are empty. CustomLander TF2 is running a 4v4 tournament for 5 different regions (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia)

The tournament has multiple divisions per region, teams are 4 players and can have 2 subs. Signups close 27th of March, the first sets of matches will start the 30th of March. This tournament will also have medals.

Maps are chosen with a pick/ban system from a pool containing: koth_bagel_rc8 koth_jamram_rc1b koth_cornyard_b4 koth_maple_ridge_rc1 koth_cascade koth_badlands cp_warmfrost_rc1

Maybe I'm forgetting something, but according to something I read, per week a user can get up to 10 random drops but I've been playing for almost 10 hours and I haven't got even one, why?

Hey everyone, I’m thinking of getting my first unusual and would like some that is all class for around 100 usd. So far my favorite is the starlight sorcerer, what are some multiclass hats (unusual or not) that you prefer? Bonus points for paints and names as well.

Hello everyone, what are some loadouts/weapons you use that aren’t normally used much that mix the game up a bit. For me I’ve started using:

• scout:shortstop/backscatter,critacola,wrap assassin
• soldier: direct hit, buff banner, riding crop
• pyro: backburner, thermal thruster, backscratcher
• demo: iron bomber, chargin targe, claymore
• heavy: dont know any fun non standard builds other than fat scout
• engie: widowmaker, wrangler, eureka effect
• medic: dont know any good changes
• sniper: sydney sleeper, cleaners carbine, bushwaka
• spy: dont know any good ones but there can be interesting arguments for the red tape recorder

What are your favorite “non standard” loadouts and why?

What (if any) are your go to class scripts? I’ve been a long time player and would like to try getting into non malicious class scripts to make things a bit more enjoyable.

Some examples that I can think of are:

• Vacc resistance buttons
• Engie quick setup
• Sniper reduce sensitivity when scoped in

What are some scripts that you all use, and why do you like to use them?

Aside from Uncletopia, are there any other popular servers in the US West Coast? They have enough servers but everyone just goes on server one and nobody ever joins the other servers, I hope the others are just on different servers but I’m not sure where.
