After raiding his home, Egyptian authorities have arrested Laith Fares from his apartment in Hurghada.

Laith, who is Syrian, had recorded a video inside the Syrian Embassy in Cairo in which he asked the consul to take down the regime flag and to replace it with the revolution flag.
