For the new people, but also for the old, this is a guide to where to start if you want to listen to progressive house and trance.

This list was started by the members of r/realproghouse on discord, and was filled mostly by me! It was never published, so I took the chance (actually, I stole it lol) to share it.

Dig in and enjoy the trip!

A little bit of history
Progressive was big back in the day. It was played in clubs and produced by many artists, some well-known artists are Lemon8, Deep Dish, Quivver, lexicon Avenue, Omid 16B, John Creamer & Stephane K and many others. Even if progressive had its first tracks since 1990 (as far as I know), the mid-90's is where everything started, and 2006–07 is where it ended and the sound after became more commercial. Today, progressive has progressed and is being carried out by new and old artists, waiting for those who are interested to discover it.

PS: If you think something is wrong or not right, please send me a DM and I will change it.

Found this one on essential mix set by Hernan Cattaneo, and I have to say this one is unique!

If you start listening progressive house, you will find Lexicon Avenue all over cd mixes.

They had a big success with their remixes, and of course with their label "Forensic Records".

Lexicon Avenue is a trio and the members are Chris Scott, Mark Armstrong and Scott Bradford
