This is really just an example post that we can play with and interact with from different sides of the fediverse...

As luck would have it, I discovered this topic after I posted a Federation test under another topic. I hope people forgive me in that topic.

So, this is a test to see what happens when I follow myself from my Mastodon and Friendica accounts. So, another federation test. And, while here, I'll make an introduction.

I own Mastodon (@[email protected]), Friendica (@[email protected]), and Peertube ([email protected]) servers. I also have a BlueSky PDS server to host my BlueSky identity and data (jerry.blueocean.social).

I used to have KBIN (feddit.online), and a Firefish (BostonSocial.online) servers but turned them off when the projects became abandoned.

I'm thinking about reusing feddit.online for a PieFed server. This is why I'm here. To learn more about PieFed. So, far, I'm very impressed.

And since you didn't... How do you like Piefed? Do you also use Lemmy along with it because of some shortcomings? Do you miss a phone app? Do you operate your own instance (or plan to) or are you comfortable using piefed.social? What are your plans for it, just using it for yourself? Are you able to code in Python? And do you think Python and Flask are good choices? [Edit: Edited to test editing.]

Okay, um.... What can I say - Mauve? and I can't even being to describe the hue of blue. I feel like I landed in the mid 1970's era home of a middle aged widow with ulterior motives and unmentionable designs for me...

Oh yeah, that's happened. But we're missing all the ultra long, "plush, as they called it", shag carpet that had long since matted flat in the high traffic areas of her home. Oh, and wallpaper - or worse, that fake walnut looking panelling.

Mauve? Really? Or should I call it "Peach".... to be certain, it's fugly as ugg.
