Love this video and have forced it on many of my friends. It's a straight up documentary and it's so interesting to me.

Without really access we wouldn't have Baldur's Gate 3. It's a system that can be abused, sure, but it's one of the few tools available for indie devs to be able to make larger scale games on scales that can compete with the big guys.

I hate that what sites offer actual free filing seems to change every year. First TaxAct was good but then i guys it got bought or just enshittified so then freetaxusa was the "most" free. I'm sure that's been made worse since i used it last year but i guess just chuck it on the pile of the millions of problems that could be solved by getting corporate money out of politics.

People honk way less in America than most other countries I've been to

I knew about some of the more visible ones like realpage but it's diving nuts that there's a specific app for fucking potato prices. I think it's good to be informed about this kind of thing but man is it depressing how deeply entrenched the monopolies and collusion are these days.

Just because you feel like you got your money's worth doesn't make the criticism unwarranted though. It's ok to enjoy something others don't like but that doesn't invalidate their criticisms.

Since no one here is talking about the Jurassic Park trilogy, I'll go ahead and say my hot take. JP3 is way better than 2. And obviously the originals are all miles ahead of the Jurassic Worlds.
