If people insist on leaving their cats outside, the bare minimum they can do is put a collar on them

I hate driving, it's stressful to be operating heavy machinery with the capacity to kill. That said, driving a manual car is much worse, just adds a lot of stress on top

Misskey is like Mastodon but better, yes it's Japanese. There are a lot of Misskey forks that are probably being counted in the Other

Almost all new cars in Norway are electric, so it seems they do really well in the cold

They basically don't want you to fix anything, instead they want you to send it to their repair shop (not even to third party repair shops). They don't have the safest design. both in terms of the internal components and the software. They also tried to sue every single company that came out with a similar product

I need to say this, because the ableism in the comments is getting out of hand, just because somebody is disabled doesn't mean that they can't do the exact same job as an abled person with the same exact performance. For example, somebody who is missing a leg can do an office job just as well as somebody who has both legs, and somebody who's blind can be just as good as a software engineer as somebody who has 20/20 vision.

Or instead of continuing to treat disabled people as less than, the government actually creates some anti-discrimination laws with some teeth and then enforces them

Electric tuk-tuks time!

Got an email message from Youtube that reads: "We are inviting you to pilot a new Youtube feature that allows you to add helpful notes to videos. These notes will provide additional information and create a better informed Youtube Community. How this works: When you find a video that might be confusing or inaccurate, you can submit a note clarifying it. Your contributions will be reviewed by others with a wide range of views to ensure their quality and helpfulness before being added to the information panel below the video. Together, we can make Youtube even more helpful for everyone."

I'm not sure why, but I'm getting bad vibes

Excellent news!
