[Women are] to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.

Actually, a lessee (the entity leasing the property) can trespass people from the property in their possession. This usually would include common areas such as parking lots, which is why they’re allowed to put things like cart return stalls and gas stations in those parking lots.
Wow, if only there were a bunch of corporations that made hundreds of billions of dollars in the area.
THERE ARE THEMES NOW?? Dang, development really is on fire.
I’ve been doing my best to read all of the notes for each update, but I totally missed that themes were a thing.
Loving Memmy so far. Still in beta (TestFlight) but the dev is super active and is doing great work.
We don’t block ChatGPT because our CEO is absolutely drinking the AI kool-aid. He believes that not using ChatGPT for everything is far riskier to the business than anything else in the world could be.
However, we do block all of the “AI” note-taking / transcription apps. The only exception is the one in Microsoft Teams that comes with the Premium license.
Profit refers to the money you have left over after you pay all of your operating expenses. These expenses would include employee salaries, inventory cost, rent, transportation, everything it takes to run your business.
So, record profit would mean that the company in question made more money than they ever had before.
Sure it’s been around for a few years, but with a consistently small number of users. With the massive influx of people over the past few weeks, it’s going to take some time to scale up resources to match the new demand. Plus, the code base has never been tested under this kind of load, so I’m sure there’s room for improvement there as well.
Short term fix would be to join a less crowded instance, or start your own.
Heck, if people are willing to help fund it, I’d gladly create an instance.
Also testing Memmy, and so far loving it!
Also using Memmy, loving it so far.
Thanks for doing what you do. Though it may seem like thankless work, awareness if these issues is so important. It’s posters like you who helped me to come around to the police problem.
