It’s open source.

An app fork will come with time as some things can’t be done in a web app.

Right now Lemmy is changing too quickly for it to be worth it anyway.

So just enjoy this fantastic web app for now.

I always meant to try spelunky. Is it something I can enjoy for about 5-6 hours before it goes or do I need to invest more time?

I’m sorry to burst your bubble 😅.

Rather than try to explain it myself, here’s a post from someone else that does a decent job: https://www.maketecheasier.com/how-progress-bars-work/

For all the hate COD gets, the new one is honestly great for someone who hasn’t played in around a decade.

I could do without the silly skins, but I guess that’s what sells these days.

I’ve never heard of them or any of those games. Are they good?

How many minutes of browsing is 600 tweets?

I personally can’t even use twitter anymore because I don’t have an account.

Removing public access to your content is a surefire way to lose the normies they rely on so much for advertising income.

As early adopters, it’s important for us to be active on the platform. You see posts without comments, and then don’t leave a comment yourself because of it.

Be the change you want to see! Leave that first comment to spark a discussion.

‘Some of you may die, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take’

To encourage growth, I say yes.

Once we have a ton of users that can keep a discussion going drop the memes and let this become like the Reddit games sub.

Ah I see, I’ve only been using it from wefwef so far.
