It’s ridiculous that governments don’t use customized Unix/Linux builds.
That suspiciously looks like something you could ship as a web app.

Yep. Look for smaller community newspapers — like the freebies they hand out at the grocery store etc. a lot of them have RSS feeds. If you join the subLemmy for your closest metropolis, you’ll often find stories posted from sources like these, and local political blogs. A good way to find more local RSS feeds.
By using multi-shelved ovens that aren’t walk-ins? It’s not like everything in the bakery is cooked at the same temperature.
Or how about at automated bakery warehouses where they ship finished goods to various stores like a lot of other places do?
