Along with not imitating the much more needed features like replies tree window. Whatsapp is more personal than Telegram so maybe copy those type of features first

If you skip to the beginning of Phantom Liberties with a new game where does that place you in the main storyline? Would this skip the prologue missions, or is it later in the storyline? in c/cyberpunk2077
