Osaka Metro , as the name suggests, a metro system serving the Osaka City. The 400 series starts to service the Chuo Line since 2023.

Osaka Metro is better (in my opinion) than the JR Osaka Loop Line as the frequency is too little.

Boxy design = higher capacity?

Osaka is an industry city. The train is giving me some, industry vibing?

printer

Why the fricking RICOH printer doesn't accept my job?????

I check it on openprinting, it said "perfectly work🐧🐧🐧 "

I check it on my university website, it said " connect to campus wifi .... blah blah.... set up locked printing ......"

The gnome control center doesn't detect any printer, so I manually added the printer. It even said where it is located. It must be a good sign that the printer is supported? NO.

I test print with locked printing (as it required), however, it doesn't show in the job list.

I sit in the library, staring at localhost:631 on my laptop, and it said data sent. But why?? Why ???? The printer doesn't show up my job. It's 2024 and it is a modern printer.... and I can not print a sexy photo of Keisei Skyliner from linux ^TM^

Fruck!!!!!!

Train or bus?

Hmm.... Signal System?

Galaxy Railway 999 Departure Melody which is also used by Sanyo Shinkansen?! [Source]

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Final operation date on 11/30 (mm/dd)

The last trolleybus system in Japan. Operated since 1996, it remained an important transport access in Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (Mountain route).

However, due to difficulty of transporting parts, it will be replaced by electric bus in the future.

Farewell Tateyama Tunnel Trolleybus, the world last right-hand driving trolleybus.

Route map: Murodo - Daikanbo

Side note: In Japan, trolleybus is considered as railway. And the Murodo station is the highest railway station in Japan.

Sidenote2: Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route consists 5 different type of transportation (including trolleybus)

Well, it's hard to make an express line in metro (Toei) section which already have frequency train service.

There is an express bus route called Yagi Shingu Limited Express Bus, which is 169.9 km long and has 168 stops, taking over 6 hours to complete a one-way trip.

So many stops....

Most of the passengers are taking a part of the route, but if you manage to complete the whole route in a single ride, you can get:

Certification of riding the whole route, made with 200 years old tree

And route map !

For more info, check their official website, and they don't have English version of it (You expect tourist to ride on it?)

Don't worry, the bus would take three brakes (about 10~20 minutes) during the whole journey!

Used commonly in railway maintenance in Japan! This budget friendly truck is favoured by JR which want to cut budget on everything.
