As far as I can tell, those aren't from authorized resellers or even from Amazon itself which they might have some ability to stop selling them. These are just people who are using amazon marketplace to sell off old stock like any other product. D-link hasn't sold them for a while. But I could be wrong, I just haven't seen any evidence that they are selling them. If Bissel had a vacuum that had a faulty gear that would break after a few years of use and they stopped making them, that wouldn't stop someone from buying them up from Walmart or other store warehouses that no longer sold them and listing them for sale on Amazon or Walmart or whatever marketplace. That's very common.

Too bad this won't have enough time to do any good since Trump plans to replace the director now that the Supreme Court gave the president the power and Republicans have been wanting to get rid of it and now will have control of the full government to do it.
I mean this is pretty standard in all industries regardless of whether it's a software flaw or a physical flaw in any other kind of product. What's the likelihood of a vacuum manufacturer replacing a part in a 15 year old product that had a 1 year warrantee even if it's a safety issue? Sure the delivery and installation is cheaper with software, but the engineering and development isn't, especially if the environment for building it has to be recreated.
Presidents are now immune from prosecution for basically anything they do in an official capacity thanks to the corrupted Supreme Court. So who's going to stop him? Even if Congress makes a new, specific law against it with dire consequences, he's putting loyalists in law enforcement and the courts can't enforce the law when the highest one will overturn any ruling because of that interpretation.
And all of the military stationed at the border will be turned around to keep people in once Trump moves on from immigrants to trans people, or some other group who will be forced to flee the country to avoid being put in the concentration camps that will be empty and need people to keep the prison companies' profits up.
Yep AuDHD here with RSD. I just always assume people aren't interested in connecting with me. Even though it's not always true. But if someone doesn't make any effort to keep in touch, I assume they aren't interested and they are no longer at the front of my mind. Keeps me from being hurt when it happens for real. But it's not intentional. I've just been rejected too many times due to my undiagnosed AuDHD.
They left it small so that it wouldn't be worth it to fight in court and they'd either just settle for a license fee or pay the fine. But sounds like the best way would be to get the patents revoked, but that's probably more expensive than just paying the fine due to the legal fees.
Unfortunately, that's not how it's being interpreted by conservative and "liberal" (i.e. centrist) media.
Most recently, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, had great world building and character development.
A week is one quarter of a moon cycle. Basically we either have to choose solar or lunar and solar makes more sense because of seasons. Problem is we chose both.
Yeah, that's one reason I'll never get an official Autism diagnosis. The misinformation about autism that politicians work with is gross. I mostly blame the companies like Autism Speaks who present it as a disease to be cured so parents don't feel bad about making their kids mask rather than most forms being simply a sociologically induced disability because people are too lazy to adapt and too many exploitative social practices exist that neurotypicals can adapt to easily, but many neurodivergent people can't and they don't want to give up the exploitation.
This isn't spare parts. This is asking for a new part to be designed and manufactured to replace an existing part. That takes time and money. Granted software doesn't require mass production, but creating the initial version does take expertise and resources that may no longer exist in addition to the time and money.
