Same here! Once this community grows I might get some moderators online, however I'm not sure just how to grow this community unfortunately.

Hey wait a second… “subreddit”?

Can you add "Why YSK:" to the start of your text body as stated in Rule 2? Thanks!

Oh man, I usually start off "small" with unlimited money and make suburbs, gradually to high density. Then at some point I'll be like "oh man I should build a great big urban center!" and realize how performance-taxing it is!

Most of the time I just roam around in my city and watch cars move by.

This is what I said to another person:

I’m assuming just current reddit admins are going to take over or getting some certain moderators from subreddits (that aren’t even of high ranking) to take over and remove the higher rankings from power, which then they will be the ones reopening the subreddits.

Now that I read it this sounds like a coup d’état

Oh god... trusting internet users for a democracy, and don't get me started on the trustworthiness of the Reddit staff themselves.

It may seem a lot of work, but it gives people tasks to do in their free time and contribute to a community and makes sure that everything is in balance and order as people want to see these communities thrive.

I mean the chances of that happening may occur to some instances, however because Lemmy is decentralized, it will probably not happen to the whole thing and I'm confident in the leadership of Lemmy.
