Reminds me of an old Miller Hugh Life commercial I loved. Showed an old guy watering his lawn by hand with nothing but a hose while looking at his neighbor’s new SUV (when they were getting popular). The voiceover says: “The only ‘off-road action’ this $60,000 monstrosity will ever see is if its owner accidentally backs over a flowerbed. A real man knows a station wagon when he sees one!”

My thoughts exactly. Fuck her.

A really overthought “solution” that could’ve only come from a room of politicians. I mean, your made-up “equity election” didn’t work, so you have another set of elected officials further remove selection of this powerful, even then, position from the people instead of just failing back to the popular count. Fucking lawyers.

Must be nice to afford such an expensive hobby for your son.

That the pic. If you zoom in on the base, where it meets the water, you see the yellow bits they’re staging those at the old Virginia Shipping Terminal near Portsmouth.

Pretty cool. They’re staging the yellow bits in the picture not too far from me.

This is really helpful. I’ll look into that. Thanks!

Been wondering how hard the estate was hit. I heard the village was hit pretty bad, and there was some damage to the house and grounds. Asheville’s a really pretty place. The destruction there is so sad.
