India, Indonesia, and the rest of the developing world face much bigger problems financing and building the necessary infrastructure. The layoffs and budget cuts are symptoms, not cause. They've been terribly mismanaged for years -- on the studio side, not EA -- pissing away resources doing essentially nothing.
There seem to be three distinct post-Trek futures:
