Looks like a weaker [[Be'lakor, the Dark Master]], but that commander is very strong, so a slightly worse version without any damage still seems very good.

I'm replaying some Trails games while I wait for Trails into Reverie to release.

I platinumed Zero already. Currently about to plat Azure. I'll probably be working on Cold Steel 4 when my copy of Reverie arrives.
