Oh I completely agree on both counts. I’ve had family members that have been incarcerated before and it was a very slow process.

Yes under arrest he’d be screwed but as someone else stated he’ll likely be out in time.

And he obviously hasn’t been convicted yet so yeah he’d be free to vote.
