Not that underrated, but don't see it around as much as it deserves too. From The Truth:

Love these puzzles! So many hidden gems in each of them. Completed this one of Hex earlier this year. Anybody else working on one?

Posting one from earlier this year, currently stuck on this beast:

It's "Plane Filling II" by MC Escher. Thought it would be challenging, all black and white, but doable, since there are a lot of recognizable features. Man, was I wrong! Serious underestimation. But getting there, slow and steady...

I definitely did not think it was a rocket without ever really looking at it closely.

Aren't tapeworms more flat and white?
