"Just off for a shiit, mate!"

I love all that side of it myself. Used to photo the wild fungus down here.

Does it grow in shiit? 😅

I use a Helix (the big full floorboard one), but I also have a small collection of pedals. I would say its just a big guitar pedal at the end of the day. I will say that stacking lots of effects and amps internally can limit what you run, the DSP is about 6 years out of date - but still powerful if you're careful.

I'd say keep a couple of good drives (which you are), but also keep a flanger as the models in there are not my fave. If you love ambient verbs (eg Strymon/Eventide) then keep one of those. The Helix verbs are good, though, just DSP intensive.

I remember being on a wilderness weekend many years ago and being told that when you cut the stem on some poisonous shrooms they discolour a sort of blue tint. I'm lucky, I hate the taste and texture of mushrooms.

We've been making these Dune time machine jokes since Back to the Future.

I find that context is everything... so it depends where they were eating it from.

The Netherlands does have access for those things. Its the petrolheads who make up that they dont. Otherwise we'd see their cities failing. And there are cargo bikes for many things. My Cousin's partner rides one thats like a mini boxvan, half electric with a solar panel on the top.

Can confirm. Built a mini Van de Graaff as a kid.

Who have stolen land, drilled under people's own land to access their oil, drilled into other countries without permission (eg Russian firms). They've also hidden data about environmental damage since the 1960s including CO2 evidence. Worse than tobacco.

Yeah there are problems with battery and EV materials and their links to all kinds of nasty things. However, lets not forget how bad other industries have been (even recently) for slavery... the cotton industry, the soft drinks indusrty, even the plastics recycling industry.

And OK, lithium is a problem, but there are other ways to store energy that arent being used. We need to stop expecting a perfect solution to everything and just start using sand batteries, compressed air etc, things where we do already have engineers that can accomplish something.

Yeah used that myself in the past.
