Tbf, most Canadians don't live in those areas. Places like Toronto/Montreal/Vancouver rarely get that cold.
Also water. If you eat a bunch of fiber without water... believe it or not, also constipation.
I wonder if this would be a possible use case for the stupid Dyson headphone filter. It uses positive pressure to provide you with filtered air. However, I'm not certain the filter would be enough to clean exhaust fumes.
Another issue would be that you probably shouldn't be wearing headphones while biking, but maybe they have a passthrough mode.
I watched the video with the kid, his mom, and the administrator. I'll totally defend the boys right to wear the patch, but he really looked like an annoying little twat.
However, even more annoying was the incompetent admin from that video.
I really wish there was a campaign to take back the flag before it goes the way of the swastika. Although, Gadsen himself was a terrible racist and heavily involved in the slave trade, so might be tough to claim the flag with his name attached to it.
I need this premise expanded into a book or movie.
For that to even remotely be an issue there would need to be millions of moon landings. If we reach that point we could probably easily yeet our fecal waste into deep space if we needed to.
Reddit has toxic positivity with regards to Starfield. I find the comments I've read here so far to be a much more measured take. Basically that it's a good game but it has a few minor issues that make it not live up to what was advertised.
Look up what phenotype means. I'll help you, it's the observable characteristics of an individual. The way a person looks can be part of the social construct that defines them as a race.
At the same time, I think it's a bit more fluid than that. You'll definitely have individuals who can pass for different ethnic groups. I'm South Indian and I can often pass for North Indian (especially because my name is typically North Indian).
You're being needlessly pedantic and you're trying to convince me of something that I already accept: race is a social construct that doesn't scientifically exist. I know that. However, when I want to talk about Indian people looking more similar to each other than American people it's kind of hard to simply say that without using race. Under your system I can only refer to every individual ethnic group of India or those of Indian national origin. Neither is what I want to refer to.
Also, since race is a social construct, you are incorrect that Indians must fall under the broader term Asian. They can be considered as Asian when appropriate to the discussion but they can fall under narrower or broader classifications when it is relevant to the discussion.
Which would account for 5-10% of the Canadian population. Just the three metros I mentioned would account for 35% of Canadians. The record low for the coldest of those cities (Montreal) is -36F, but the average low in January is 7F.
70% of Canadians live south of the 49th parallel (the northernmost point of the Continental US) and 90% of Canadians live within 100 miles of the US border.
