Oh nice! I'm thinking I'll order one after my q36 comes in the mail. I'm trying to not to amass too many handhelds all at once.

I had a trimui that I loved for the same reason, I think it got lost in my most recent move.

The only complaint I've had so far is the difficulty of spinning up your own instance. There isn't any up to date documentation for the process as the official documentation seems to be outdated unfortunately. Ansible doesn't seem to work as it give an error. Docker works mostly bit will not federate with other instances.

I'm most looking for something small that I can chuck in my pocket without having a major foot print. Mostly just something small for gb and gbc. Couldn't imagine using it for long term. Big fan of my Rg35xx

I got an email this morning saying the sale went live on Anbernic's website. Anyone picking one up? I'm still on the fence about it. Not sure if I'd rather go for that or the funkey s.

Looks like I'm dropping reddit after my final hardware swap sale gets confirmed. Such a sad disgrace. Glad to be here :D

Yup retrogaming is a big one for me. I may have to further look into hosting a lemmy instance on my server.

I've been carrying my rg35xx everyday in my work bag. I've been slowly working my way through fire emblem.

I'm also working on making a game in gb studio with my partner! She's pretty excited as well as myself.

For real. I'm a big fan of having to order parts from a catalog and waiting for them to arrive as well. So much better compared to instantly receiving them and installing them all without input from the player.

Totally understandable! I generally keep a single player save that I take more seriously and host a multiplayer server when I'm wanting something more entertaining. I'm looking forward to the npc update for the game. I think it'll add considerably more depth to my RP saves.

Jalopy is such a neat game! Steam recommended it to me after playing my summer car.

My current favorite is project zomboid. It's become my default suggestion when someone asks for a good survival/zombie game just because of how intricate the in game mechanics are. Not only that, it has a massive community of players and modders who are constantly adding to and updating workshop content.

Multiplayer with friends is a blast also.

My summer car was an absolute obsession for me when it first came out. I actually bought a sim wheel for it. Such cool game.
