Yeah I didn't work there very long. It was 1984 and unemployment was 10%. Being fresh out of high school I took whatever I could find
My neighbor inherited the house he grew up in. He passed away and his grandson got the house. Turns out his grandfather took out a loan against the house and blew all of the money at the casino. His grandson is now paying for a house that was paid off fifty years ago
I had an infected tooth and the pain was awful. The dentist told me to take four ibuprofen. When I mentioned the instructions said no more than two at a time he said it was okay for a short period of time.
I think a lot of has beens hitch onto whatever they think will pull them back into the spotlight. Trump is easily manipulated like that. Compliment him and if he retreats you, you've got a million new followers
The way I remember it (40 years ago) the manager told me joining was required but I could be wrong. It was an awful union. Former employees were suing the union and grocery store chain for how bad they were screwed over

I leave a gap between me and the driver in front of me. Rarely does anyone pull into that space. They usually are in the lane that gets them where they need to go
From above the whole thing looks like an accordion. Drivers who tailgate tend to overreact when they see brake lights 50 feet in front of them, compound this by the guy tailgating them and so on. Leave a buffer to absorb this and it smooths out
I got a job once that required me to join the union. It was bagging groceries part time for minimum wage at a grocery store. Sorry I don't mean to be a downer, I see union membership as a good thing. Unions are like democracy. They are only as good as the people they are made of.
