I know there is a lot more to this, but stop companies from buying housing. They should only be allowed to purchase commercial property, and even then, it should be for the actual business they want to run and not for profit. The only exception should be businesses that build new buildings. The rich should only be allowed a 5 property limit so that they can not just buy everything either. Also, completely cut out selling to overseas or at least regulate it heavily so the people who actually live here can afford them...

It says starting in the fall it will be free, but how long does 1 billion last? How many years will they be able to do this for now?

Wow, thanks for the response! So LRG is basically a contracted company that offers high-end collectible editions of games we love. That's pretty cool.
Maybe I just don't know what LRG is exactly, but I couldn't figure out what this is exactly. Is this just the same game that exists packaged in special packaging with extra stuff, or is the game being redone as well? I thought they already did a remaster not too long ago, so I really have no idea what this is offering exactly.
I finally was able to convince the wife to drop hulu live tv and just get a full year of hulu and also Netflix with the ads as an alternative. Can anyone comment on how bad the ads are?
My grandparents do that. I leave it on the counter, but always say I'm going to freeze it, especially if I get it at costco, which sells you 2 loafs at a time. The only problem is I never have enough room to shove an entire loaf of bread in there. Freezer for bread is fine. If you pull out a few slices, it basically defrosts in like 10 min or use microwave for 10 seconds, and if you wanted toast, just toast it.
I just threw out an entire loaf because it was on my counter for 5 days and saw mold... must be the type of bread as well since it normally lasts weeks just fine. Since I'm always buying what's near the cheapest that's on sale I am always buying different brands.

Fall Guys with friends and all of us in voice chat. Senseless, mindless fun. Not having to think and also catch up with friends while being blitzed has been some of the best times gaming with friends. There have been numerous times where we laugh so hard were crying, and it doesn't get better than that. Oh and the game is OK as well!
I used to use Subsonic, but it's become too outdated for me sadly. I switched to a fork Navidrome which updates a few times a year and enjoy the improvements it's been providing. I use it with the mobile app Symfonium and love that they are both improving the API to add additional features and options over what Subsonic offered. I run it on my Synology in Docker so you should have no issues either.
