We primarily use it for a replacement or ground beef in tacos, and spaghetti.

Simple taco recipe we use: 1 onion 2 cans beans (any kind you like for tacos) 2 cans tomatoes (whatever kind you like for tacos) 1-2 Tbsp beef bouillon 1-2 packs of taco seasoning 1 cup TVP

Dice the onion. On high heat cook the onion in a large pan with oil to the level you prefer. Add cans of tomatoes and beans and cover. Once it simmering turn the heat down and stir, then leave covered and simmering for 10-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove lid, add 1/2 cup of water, TVP, and beef bouillon and stir until TVP absorbs liquid. Add taco seasoning and stir. Add more water as needed to get the consistency you prefer. Done.

It's a large rural state. Not much population for how large it is.

To put that in context it has an average of 12.4 people per square mile, whereas Romania has 214 people per square mile.

Being a large state there are exceptions to the population density. I'd look at the population of whatever the nearest city to where you're going is: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cities_in_North_Dakota

And compare it to cities you're familiar with to get an idea of the size to expect. The west side of the state is dominated by oil wells, don't know if it's still like this but you used to see flare stacks (giant flames of venting gas) basically everywhere out there.

The winter are rough, it gets very cold due to the Polar jet stream dropping south of it. Also the majority of it is flat open plains so it's very windy and the snow drifts really high and roads often become impassable for a while. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate_of_North_Dakota

In my experience the people are a mixed bag just like anywhere else. Some are great some are awful. A lot of the folks I met were super into outdoor activities like hunting and fishing. I would be careful if you're near or on a Native American Reservation. I wouldn't wander around alone as folks tend to be less friendly to people that aren't a part of their community, they're a historically marginalized population and the recent oil and gas exploration hasn't done them many favors. They also have their own system of law outside the United States Federal Government, and it can be confusing. (If you're with someone local you're fine.)

Lastly Romance Scams are a thing and human trafficking does happen. Before she goes off to the middle of nowhere with someone she should let someone who can contact authorities know, and give them as many details about the person including social media links and emails as possible: https://attorneygeneral.nd.gov/consumer-resources/common-scams/

In the US you can call 911 to get emergency services anytime and anywhere. North Dakota has its own human trafficking task force: https://www.ndhttf.org/

CIFI and Factory Town Idle.

Kind getting bored of both to be honest. CIFI is just so slow, and Factory Town Idle is deep and I haven't had the brain power to dig in as I've only been playing late at night.

Oh, and I'm playing Synergism, on the C15+ section,.which is also a bit slow.

I use the Boost app, and I mute certain keywords so I don't see content containing them. More than these but these are the political ones I started with; liberal, conservative, Trump, Biden, Kamala, MAGA, Elon

Also helps for the furry content, but different keywords.

I've run some local llms (3060, 12g vram), and I daily generate images locally (wouldn't pay for that), but I do pay for a chatgpt subscription. I think it's worth it for my purposes. Responses are way faster and higher quality than any local model I've tried, web search integration, image recognition, mobile app seamless, I use all of those features regularly. Unfortunately I've never ver used POE so I can't compare, sorry.

It might help to know what topics bring up this feeling? To me it sounds like how I experience social anxiety. So maybe it's just anxiety?
