After I read Berserk, nothing else came close. It just gave me everything I ever looked for in a story, but you have to let it get there. Keep reading past vol. 1 and you're golden!

I really like the concept, but i feel like the screen would scratch for anything. On most reviews I've seen that get marked by nails! I just know I'd crack mine with my fingers

I'm glad that this makes people read more, but jesus MF christ, it floods the book shops with this type of books and I can't find the things I actually enjoy

Entendi o q vc ta procurando. Eu gosto de fazer treino separado e fazer alguns estímulos mais leves ao longo da semana, em treinos diferentes. Por exemplo, as vezes faço estímulo de tríceps no treino de peito, mesmo tendo um treino focado em tríceps na semana. As vezes funciona pra vc. Mas acho q se for fazer full body dois dias seguidos, seria melhor fazer treinos diferentes neles. PS: Não sou profissional, apenas um cara q curte treinar
Vc repetiria o treino full body na quinta e na sexta? Eu acho q seria mais proveitoso quebrar esse treino de terça, deixando peito na terça, costas na quinta e ombro na sexta, por exemplo. Ainda dá pra colocar mais alguns movimentos extras em cada treino pra dar um tempo bacana, já q estariam quebrados
