you remember the guy from subway, there's no reason why it should take the FBI almost 5 years after being given hundreds of pieces of extremely incriminating evidence (videos, voice recording, etc) to arrest him, its as if they purposely pushed it back as long as they could. Also, The US hosts more CSAM than any other country in the world, making up about a third of all the global CSAM out there, and one can only wonder, is hosing cp really the best way to "catch" predators?
