In my personal experience ; with alcohol and feverly believing in evangelist pastors , or at least so it seems. Also everything is absurd and chaotic here. You learn to make a strange peace with it or not .

Is also kind of pedentrians are so trusting of traffic law and that drivers will abide by them that a lot, if not must, don't really look both ways before crossing the street.
