trump assumes that because he sucks up, that putin is his peer. putin knows how easy trump is to manupulate, this first act after him winning shows that he knows exactly how to play him. my hope is that trump is too stupid to realize it because else there will be a dick waving contest among the two most nuclear armed countries in history..

yep, I hate it but at least it's starting to sink in. come jan. we are in a functional trump dictatorship. there are no checks and balances left, the court assured so and with the legislative branch under his control, the single, only hope we have is that he's too hilariously inept to be effective.
right. I feel like the world is desperate to pretend we aren't standing on the shoulders of giants. who wants to reinvent everything, every time. use the paths already there and find shortcuts along the way, then mark them and leave them for the next traveller.
yes. I'm not sure how unironically it's meant but it doesn't matter when you have a group of boys yelling "hawk tuah" and "your body, my choice" at a 12 year old girl. I've got boys so they have been insulated but my best friend has girls and he's getting unbelievably pissed off.

I’m a parent, so got no choice but to get to work and see what the fuck can be done. I truly did not believe this shit would come to pass; when folks would talk about leaving the country if he was elected, I’d joke that I’d stay and join the underground. Well, guess it’s time to start digging.
