I hate sitting in chairs, I hate being at the mercy of someone else (waitstaff) doing something for me that I'd rather do myself (get my own food), Then sitting there waiting while I'm hungry, having no control over the ingredients in the food, and everything costs too much and it's very difficult to ensure it's healthy. Anybody else?

Totally understandable. But restaurants should be and hopefully are RARE occurrences for eating. For example, special occasions, dates or important events.

Hate tipping. Why should I pay you more ??

I kinda like to go there sometimes, but generally much prefer home-cooked food on the homely premises.

While restaurants may have a nice atmosphere and quite fancy meals, you really do have less control over anything and it's not meant to be healthy and nice everyday food anyway.

No. I'm pretty much always happy to have someone else cook for me. Yes, it's expensive and not super healthy, but that's why it's just a treat every now and then. I definitely wouldn't eat at a restaurant every day though
