The Lowell Folk Festival is a great time, 7/28 - 7/30 this year. 30-45 minutes away from Boston.

I love the beach at Rockport—it’s easily accessible by train, plus it’s right in town, so it’s easy to get food (mmmmm Top Dog)

Also, great new brewery in Roxbury called: Long Live

Very soon and awesome brewery with a kitchen will open in Brighton: Widowmaker brewery.
