Kitchen psychology: I think Sargeant knows he is done after this season. The way he spoke and carried himself in the last two interviews was different. Cap pulled down deep into his face and I got the impression there was no fire in him anymore. Until then you could at least hear that he wanted to fight and give everything.
He seems like a good kid but I fear that is it for him, the gap is just not coming down enough.
Being the #2 driver at Williams is a though gig. It's basically a shit box, but both George Russell and Albon managed to somehow get results with it, making it look way better than it actually is.
I don't think a car consistently making Q2 and Q3 and scoring points is a shitbox. Albon and Russell are good, but not that good.
That wasn't worth getting up for.
