It's amazing to be able to carry around a huge catalogue of retro games in such a convenient form-factor.
What are you playing while on your trip?
OP talking from another account 😅
It has been a busy trip, I have only played Dragon Ball Z Legends for PS1, this was the game that I dreamed of playing on the go as a kid lol.
It is pretty awesome to have these kinds of games on the go for sure.
I hear a lot said about the Dragon Ball games, but I've never actually played one myself. Would someone unfamiliar with the mangas get a lot out of them?
I'm always curious about how people use their retro-gaming devices. Do you stick with games from your past, or have you found some previously unknown gems? For instance, I love the fact that I can replay the Metroid games, up to Fusion on the GBA, but I've also discovered that I thoroughly enjoy 1942 (Arcade) and its sequels.

Well, I think you would be fine going blind as:
-
Almost all the games re tell the story, sometimes they change, add or remove stuff, but mostly the core is still the same.
-
It is really not a complicated plot.
You'd be missing the nostalgia and charm of the characters though.

I do both, usually I re play old classics when I don't want to think too much or I only have too little time to play to not being able to process stuff 😅

Sounds as if it may be worth giving a try sometime.

Have you also had been able to play some games that you always wanted to as a child, but couldn't, for whatever reason?
