Im kinda new on programming, and always i try to do a project, it ends up full of bugs and the code ends up being a mess, so i wonder, how i should start a project

Try putting in fewer bugs and not making a mess.

Or start out with a design plan, then write some tests.

It's also super normal for your first projects to be terrible, just like with learning anything else.

What kind of projects are you doing? Maybe you’re trying to do something too big you’re not ready for yet
