Homevideo and boutiquebluray also cover all HK movies. For only Hong Kong movies, I'm not aware of one.

Sorry for the late reply, been sorting out my home Instance.
Looking over the cinematic landscape, we are a bit lacking in regional film communities as a whole.
Apart from this, as best as I can find, there's only [email protected], which I also started.
I only started this because I'd started r/categoryiii on Reddit but that was slotting into a large structure:
- r/AsianCinema
- r/ChineseCinema - stated as being for Chinese, HK and Taiwanese films, which is controversial
- r/KungfuCinema
- r/JapaneseCinema
- r/IndianCinema
- r/TamilCinema
- r/FrenchCinema
- r/CinemaBrasil
- r/PersianCinema
- r/AfricanCinema
And on and on.
However, to the best of my knowledge, we have none of that.
So I'd suggest starting at c/AsianCinema and potentially EuropeanCinema,.AfricanCinema, etc and then perhaps pin a post about ways the wiser regional cinema communities could expand.
edit: I was going to suggest lemmy.film would be a logical home but that instance seems to be gone. Pity.
Cheers, thanks for the research and history!
I’ll check out /c/asiancinema
It doesn't currently exist though, you'd need to start it.
