Why YSK: Until Lemmy version 0.18 address this bug, you can browse the front page without it being auto updated and spammed with new posts.

If you use the Redirector addon, you can make it automatically redirect to page zero every time you went to page 1

Is Jerboa affected? Maybe try clicking on OPs link? I doubt you can navigate directly to a URL within an app but I don't use it so I may may be wrong.

I mostly browse with Jerboa (until Sync is ready πŸŽ‰) and it isn't affected. Only when using the web app.
