I have to say, as someone with not large hands, my Z Flip is amazing. At first I was worried about durability but this thing is a tank. Coming from a S10+ to this, I wanted a phone that would fit in one hand and collapse really small. Plus FLIP

S23 is perfect for me size wise, and the fingerprint reader is way better than the pixel phones. There a few minor pixel native features that I miss, but I overall really happy with S23 and love that my hand doesn't hurt anymore from using a large phone.
When you say the Pixel 5 is too big, do you mean when you are using it, the screen is too large? Or is it too large in your pocket? If the latter, maybe consider a flip phone that folds in half like the Motorola Razr or Samsung Galaxy Flip. Unfortunately, if you are looking for smaller screens, those unfolded may not fit your criteria.
I mean the screen is just too big. I just want to be able to use a phone one-handed.
