Starting today every Wednesday I'll be posting a "what are you playing?" thread.

I'll start, with all the news of the Persona 3 remake I have gone back and started playing Persona 3 Portable again.

My friend bought me Monster Hunter Rise, so I've been mostly playing that this week. The insect glaive is my favorite weapon.

Currently I have Persona 3 Portable on my switch, I had to set up my own schedule to keep track of all the day to day options, as I was following a guide for the important stuff, but wanted options day to day. Was worth the time because I feel like I can play with a bit more ease. Started off with the female protagonist route. Been liking it so far~

I always have Genshin Impact to go to and now I've begun Honkai Star Rail, so my other games don't get attention as much. I'm bad enough at finishing games as it is lol. Though I beat the other persona games (though not Royal for P5), so I think I'll finish P3.

I really should have set something up like you did for P3P.

I have a gaming section in a personal notion space. At first I thought of doing something calendar style but you can't quick jump in notion for some reason and going back to 2009 all the time seemed a bit inconvenient, so I went with a board grouped by the days of the week.

It's not 100% accurate as there will be those days where you have to do certain things, but using it alongside a guide is super handy. I'm too lazy to save scum for the sickness trait and stuff, so it let's me visualize what's available with social links, jobs, food, arcade/movies, and the store sales. I think it's grouped by day and then grouped by category.

Idk how they didn't think to put a schedule in the game that included that stuff. How am I meant to remember the dozens of events that occur throughout the week. None of the games have it, though they do have the suggestion thing that let's you know what other people do.

I just started playing Farlight 84 which is a free to play battle royale type game. I love it so far!

I registered for Farlight but I just can't get myself to play a competitive combate game.

It's not really hyper competitive. It seems fairly casual as far as battle royale games go, and there's a deathmatch mode where the stakes are much lower, although you do have to reach level 4 to unlock it.

I might have to give it a try. Does it have controller support?

I haven't really been playing much games recently lol. But I just recently picked up zelda tears of the kingdom (when it launched, but I haven't touched it yet lol) and I'm in the middle of Lover Pretend and almost finished with Cupid Parasite. Pretty Princess Magical Garden Island is coming out soon so I should sit down and start playing some games lol. my backlog is way too big @.@

Your backlog is growing. TotK is a big game so you might want to either play it first or wait until you play some of the other games.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

that's why I haven't even started it lol. I didn't even really finish botw either so and I'm not the biggest fan of botw so I'm kinda dreading jumping into totk lmao, even though I'm a big zelda fan.

I don't know if you will be the same way as me but I enjoyed TotK more then BotW. But I wish we would get a more traditional Zelda game. But with how much these games have sold unlikely 😞

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Yeah I like the traditional style zelda games, and not a huge fan of "empty open world" that most modern AAA games seem to trend towards. botw was alright for like the first 20 hours, but after 80 I started to get burned out and apparently I'm not even half way done with the game... apparently they're gonna continue this trend of "open world" zelda games which is really unfortuante.
