Doubt. The last time a Republican went against the party in a way that actually mattered, that Republican was dying of brain cancer and had nothing left to lose.
There's 53 Republican senators. You'll see the 'moderates' take turns 'taking a stand' for stuff without ever blocking anything. They played that game last time, and Democrats do the same thing where they find ways to not pass stuff that would anger the donors.

Her and Susan Collins will only ever vote against nominees that they know will still have enough votes to be confirmed anyway.
Even if you discount murkowski and collins (the ones that usually have these bouts of integrity) they still have the votes to approve.
but of course there's no need to discount anyone because murkowski and collins fall in line almost every time after they have baited all the left and center media into giving them the hero headlines.
Imagine if Congress actually utilized the power they hold instead of constantly giving it up.
One of my arch enemies is Devin Nunes. He personally put the brakes on any congressional oversight into the trump administration. There are worse people in this world but that fucker set the tone for how congress was going to treat that ass bag traitor.
