Rules:

- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

Lol, you're most likely right. And no one will ask why attacking witnesses and court staff (which is the scope of the gag order) are things that are relevant to a presidential debate.
Huh - I had assumed the gag order would have been lifted at the conclusion of the trial. Continuing it through sentencing seemed punitive, but extending it beyond the conclusion of any pending appeals makes sense and seems perfectly fair.
Sentencing is part of the trial. Until that's done the trial is not over.
It should be extended beyond sentencing until any appeals have been concluded.
I hate that we’re talking about when he can be allowed to say inappropriately demeaning and threatening things about public servants.
It should continue in perpetuity, otherwise he'll dox everyone involved as soon as its lifted, since he has the mental capacity of a toddler.
