I keep most chocolate cold, the freezer works great for some chocolates, but anything with caramel becomes impossible teeth destroyers in the freezer, sometime even in the fridge.

That is a very good point, yes caramel in the fridge or freezer is a no no. I’d say No milky ways either. M But Reese’s, Kit Kats, Yorks, and regular Hersheys bars, all fridge/freezer for me. My local grocery even sells them in the freezer does in the frozen section!
