They are using marketing costs to count for the loss, but not including those numbers as they are separate from budget.

An here I thought I could subtract numbers, seems like I was wrong because 254.9-200=-131 apparently

They have an extended calculation on the site. Marketing and stuff isn't included in the budget I think.
