That whole article feels so contrary... admits she handled it wrong, but it's Eidevall's fault and isn't bothered to try and apologise for her part.

Also, there are so many ways to try reach out to someone outside of a phone number... pretty shit excuse

Nothing new from Emma Hayes. She's a good manager in terms of results but I'd be glad if we never heard from her again.
