I was about to stop watching it 29 minutes into the first episode, and then I saw Uncle Iroh. Paul Sun-Hyung Lee was an absolutely perfect choice for the role, and his portrayal had me keep watching.
I'm 3 episodes in and it's... Fine. It's not spectacular or anything, but I'll probably see it through.
He portrayed Iroh well in my opinion. He showed the emotional side of Iroh and not humorous like the cartoon. But it’s not a downside because the new viewers will not agree if everyone were comical in a story like this. Cartoon is different. This is like an entry point if they wish to see Avatar series.
