I believe it's this image, which according to comments online was handed out at San Diego Comic Con in 2012 as promotional material.
Toph lookin like I owe her money.. please don't hurt me.
From her outfit, I think this poster is probably set in a time after Toph founded the Metalbending police force.
Though knowing Toph, being a law enforcement officer might not keep her from enacting some extrajudicial justice if she thinks you deserve it...
