Why I can't see some comments from other instances? (sh.itjust.works)

As an example, if I open this post from lemmy.world, it has 5 comments: https://lemmy.world/post/488094

But if I open the same post using the sh.itjust.works, it shows only one comment: https://sh.itjust.works/post/381524

Not only that, subscriber counts and upvote counts are different as well. The manga ml instance has over 300 subs when viewing from lemmy.world, but less than 30 when viewing from lemmy.one

No clue why that is.
