Honestly no clue. I'd bet the average person doesn't even know that Putin has an arrest warrant for genocide.

Under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, the following are defined as acts of genocide.
Killing members of the group;
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Ok, I get it. I’m Ukrainian myself. I know what that POS has done and hope he dies very soon. But although what he’s been doing has, indeed, been pretty much a genocide, the UN won’t recognize it as such. Either for political reasons or because it’s hard to prove. That’s all I was saying. I agree with you though. It’s genocide.
