Half joking, but I do think all these separate events with superpowers backing smaller states is increasing global tensions and risking a step closer to a red line somewhere.
Not sure Russia is a superpower anymore. Just the US and China now.
They still have nukes.
So does a bunch of smaller countries, having nukes is not the definition of a super power.
