Oh we're only talking about modded VR modes?
In that case yes. I thought we were talking about games not designed around VR
I mean that's my point though. It was designed for VR, no? Like it was even originally demo'd in VR, iirc.
I wouldn't necessarily say it was designed for VR. That would mean it was the primary focus of development.

Something being pitched halfway through development doesn't mean it isn't tightly integrated. I dunno, I just think we have different views on this. The game was demo'd in VR, released in VR at the same time as the non VR version, officially supported, and plays well. Seems made for VR to me.
There have been a lot of RE remakes recently. Maybe they got confused and thought RE7 VR was a remake of an earlier game?
