Oh this is nothing new. Has been happening even before that bill passed. This works both ways to soothe EU demands against anti-immigrant policies and take up money for aiding the cause, while continuing to screech about immigrant workers taking away jobs from hungarians. And then of course all hate goes to the wrong people. They divide and conquer the country with hate antics like this ever since they first got elected. Said companies also don't care about ethics as long as their pockets are lined and they can use the cheapest and most easily exploitable people. Quite often foreign workers are also just used as a diversity checkmark to get even more money and score brownie points with the public.. I could go on and on but the country is honestly just done for. Braindrain is massive and elections are gerrymandered, bought for, or entirely supported by Putin.
