Who the fuck are PropOrNot, and why the fuck should I care what they say? A quick search shows that they're an anonymous website with no verifiable methodology, to the point that even western sources actively dismiss them.

But .world social fascists would accept scrawling on the side of a padded cell as gospel truth if it confirms their biases.
